इस तारीख से applicable subsidy के साथ regulated retail price पर domestic LPG refill booking के लिए biometric Aadhaar authentication पूरा होना जरूरी होगा।
🔥 क्या है नया LPG नियम?
सरकार के अनुसार 1 अक्टूबर 2026 से उन घरेलू LPG consumers को subsidised refill regulated retail selling price पर booking करने के लिए Biometric Aadhaar Authentication पूरा करना होगा, जिन पर यह subsidy लागू है।
सरकार का उद्देश्य subsidy को eligible consumers तक targeted तरीके से पहुंचाना और duplicate/ineligible connections तथा subsidised domestic cylinders के diversion को रोकना है।

- जिन घरेलू LPG consumers का biometric Aadhaar authentication अभी पूरा नहीं हुआ है।
- जिन्हें applicable subsidy के साथ regulated price पर refill चाहिए।
- जिनका LPG connection Aadhaar authentication से अभी verified नहीं है।
📱 LPG Aadhaar Biometric Authentication कैसे करें?
सरकार के अनुसार authentication पूरा करने के लिए कई विकल्प उपलब्ध हैं:
1️⃣ Delivery के समय
LPG cylinder delivery के समय delivery person के माध्यम से biometric authentication कराया जा सकता है।
2️⃣ Distributor Showroom
अपने LPG distributor के showroom पर जाकर authentication कराया जा सकता है।
3️⃣ Mobile App
संबंधित Oil Marketing Company के official mobile app के माध्यम से भी प्रक्रिया पूरी की जा सकती है।
❓ अगर Authentication नहीं कराया तो क्या होगा?
1 अक्टूबर 2026 से जिन consumers ने applicable subsidised refill के लिए biometric authentication पूरा नहीं किया है, उनके लिए subsidised regulated-price refill booking authentication पूरा होने के बाद enable होगी।

सरकार द्वारा जारी जानकारी के अनुसार 19 सितंबर 2026 तक लगभग 27.43 करोड़ active domestic LPG consumers, यानी करीब 89.9% consumers का biometric Aadhaar authentication पूरा हो चुका था।
